Spark Sessions
Spark sessions are kept under an hour (we set a timer), and we just dive in to whatever needs to be done. Often spontaneous, we either visit slowly or go like wildfire, but we do what you need, and what my intuition tells me. I will not hold back– ideas flow, I will speak them, often catalyzing your ideas — and you may find you are more ready than you thought to do your next thing, or you may find easy solutions to where you are currently uncomfortable. This is about options making and truth telling and a LOT of trust since we’ll be together for an hour or less.

Firefly Sessions
Firefly sessions are short intensive intuitive readings I do — and will send you the words that come through as I connect to what I call the “universe”, the energy sphere, the all and the everything, the interconnected oneness. I imagine you, holding you in my heart, and then just wait for words to come. I write them down stream of other-consciousness, and send you a pdf as an attachment to an email. Some are quite short, some are about a half a page. Whatever they are, they’re filled with love and meant as inspiration, a poke or prod to do what you need to do, to do what needs doing, or to remind you, that you are deeply loved, loveable, and worthy of love. Try me.
Hard to describe, and not always on the nose at the time, I’ve had many circle back and say days later the words hit them with a different kind of truth/message that was profound. Journaling Workshops
OOH I can’t wait to write this section! from half hour mini workshops to longer sessions that last a few weeks, journaling can be transformative, informative, and a great way to discover your innate wisdom in a safe space and in a safe way. Knowing does not mean you have to Do anything different. But you may find you have answers to questions that you did not think you had.
